1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access 808gawd.com, purchase or download an 808 GAWD AUDIO product, or use the 808 GAWD Customer Vault. By completing a purchase or using a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products
808 GAWD AUDIO sells downloadable audio software and may also offer beats, sound packs, or other digital products. Product descriptions, supported formats, prices, and included files are shown on the store at the time of purchase.
3. Software license
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing an 808 GAWD AUDIO plugin gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that software for your own music-production work. You may use audio that you create with the software in personal and commercial music projects.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, rent, or otherwise provide the plugin files or private download links to another person. You may not remove ownership notices or use the service to bypass purchase verification or Customer Vault access controls. Rights for beats or other licensed music content may be governed by additional license terms shown with that product.
5. Payments, prices, and taxes
Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion, or payment-provider terms may apply. A purchase is not complete until payment is successfully confirmed.
6. Digital delivery and Customer Vault
Eligible purchases may be delivered through a private download after successful payment and may also be linked to the email address used at checkout for Customer Vault access. Customers are responsible for entering an email address they control and keeping access to that email secure.
Vault access, purchase history, product entitlements, re-downloads, and current builds are provided as customer-service features and may evolve over time.
7. Refunds and purchase problems
Because digital products can be delivered immediately, refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law. If you receive the wrong product, cannot access a valid purchase, experience a corrupted download, or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Compatibility and system requirements
You are responsible for checking the product page for supported operating systems, plugin formats, host/DAW compatibility, and other requirements before purchasing. A product advertised as Windows VST3, for example, should not be assumed to include macOS or other formats unless specifically stated.
9. Product updates
808 GAWD AUDIO may improve, replace, discontinue, or update product builds. Where available, current eligible builds may be provided through the Customer Vault. An update may change features, presets, compatibility, or system requirements.
10. Service and product disclaimers
Digital products and online services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Audio results vary by source material, settings, gain staging, equipment, and user technique. Demonstration audio is intended to illustrate product behavior and is not a guarantee that every source will produce the same result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 808 GAWD AUDIO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, Customer Vault, or digital products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as products and services change. The version published on 808gawd.com at the time of use applies subject to applicable law. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
